- The intending applicants has applied for the registration of Plot with full knowledge and subject to the laws, notifications and rules applicable to the area which have been explained by the Company and understood by him/her/them, if this application of the intending applicant is accepted the information shall be issued to him/her/them.
- The intending applicant agrees to sign and execute as and when desired by the Company, Buyers Agreement or any other papers/documents on the Company's standard format and also agrees to abide by the Terms & Conditions as laid down therein.

- Extra Charges for EDC/lDC/PLC/lFMS/Club Charges etc, shall be communicated by the Company subsequent to intimation of allotment and shall be payable by the Intending applicant as per the demand of the Company.
- If the Intending applicant so wish to cancel the provisional registration before offer of allotment, he/her/them is free to do so. However, in such an event, the company shall forfeit of the BSP and refund the balance payment, if any.
- The application is the mere request by the intending applicant for registration of a Plot in the project and the Company reserves the right to accept or reject the application.
- If the cheque submitted by the intending applicant along with this registration form dishonored, the registration will be deemed to be cancelled and the Company will not be under any obligation to inform the Intending applicant about the dishonor of the cheque or cancellation of the registration.
- If the Intending applicant does not accept the allotment of the Plot as intimated by the Company or does not sign any other papers/documents as required by the Company for any reason, the Company reserves the right to forfeit 20% amount equivalent to Basic Sale Price of the Residence along with interest on delayed payment etc., and refund the balance, if any, to the intending applicant and the Intending applicant shall have no right, claim or interest of whatsoever nature or kind.
- The Intending allottee(s) agrees that he/she/they will not be entitled to get the name of his/her/their nominee(s) substituted in his/her/their place without the prior approval of the Company, who may, in its sole discretion, permit the same on such terms as it may deem fit.
- After the provisional allotment if any applicant wishes to withdraw then the applicant needs to visit the site office and submit a written application for the same. After the application is received the registration amount of would be refunded in full within 30 days.
- The registration amount would be refunded within 30 days to the unsuccessful applicants and the applicants not interested after the provisional allotment.
- After the provisional allotment the applicants can choose/book units of any size subjected to availability, on first come first serve basis.
- The Timely payment of installments is the essence of this contract. it shall be incumbent on the Intending allottee s to comply with the terms of payment and other terms and conditions of sale (as per annexure-I attached) failing which the Intending allottee(s) shall have to pay interest @ 24% per annum on the delayed payments and the Company reserves its right to forfeit the earnest money equivalent to 20% of the Basic Sale Price and cancel the allotment in the event of irregular/delayed payments/ non fulfillment of terms of payment.
- In case there are joint Intending allottee(s), all communications shall be sent by the Company to the Intending Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them for mailing and which shall for all purposes be considered as served on all the intending allottee(s) and no separate communication shall be necessary to the other named intending allottee(s). The intending allottee(s) has agreed to this condition of the Company.
- The Company as a result of such contingency arising reserves the right to alter or vary the terms and conditions of allotment or if the circumstances beyond the control of the Company, so warrant, the Company may suspend the scheme for such period as it may consider expedient and no compensation or any nature whatsoever can be claimed by the allottee(s) for the period of delay/suspension of scheme.
- GST / Stamp Duty & other government charges as applicable will be paid extra.
